Limited common elements definition

Limited common elements means a portion of the common elements reserved in the master deed for the exclusive use of less than all of the co-owners.
Limited common elements means those common elements identified in the declaration or on the condominium plat as reserved for the exclusive use of one or more but less than all of the unit owners.
Limited common elements means those common elements which are reserved for the use of a certain unit or units to the exclusion of all other units, as specified in the declaration.
