Paragraph H. Relocation, Expansion, Contraction; Future Terminal Building Additions.
Paragraph H. D. The Owner shall furnish the services of consultants, other professionals, skilled trades or other disciplines when such services are requested by the Architect and are reasonably required by this Contract, provided such services are not contractually required to be provided by the Architect.
Paragraph H of the Rider to the Accounts Agreement is amended to read: "Except in Trefoil's sole discretion, the aggregate principal amount of the advances made by Trefoil to Debtors under the Financing Agreements, including the Accounts Advances and the Inventory Advances shall not exceed the principal amount of $2,500,000.00 at any time outstanding (the "Credit Line")."
Paragraph H. Provide a detailed commercialization plan for developing and/or marketing the invention. More information on the required components of the commercialization plan is presented below:
Paragraph H. All men requested from the Hall shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of wages and benefits, weather permitting.
Paragraph H. Where structural steel, ornamental iron and metal in buildings, bridges and other structures are altered, repaired, moved, dismantled and/or reerected by any method or means, all work in connection therewith shall be performed by the Iron Workers.
Paragraph H. The principal shall provide the teacher with one day’s notice of his intent to assign | said teacher to specific activities during a particular professional period. At the elementary level, a professional period shall be established within the teacher day, but outside the student day. The activities to be performed on any given day during this professional period shall be determined by the building principal in accordance with Article IX, Paragraph H of this contract except that in addition, extra help for students in a teacher’s classes and grading of assessments also shall be considered authorized professional activities. The principal’s right to determine the specific activities to be performed as set forth herein shall be limited to a maximum of five (5) periods in each two week cycle. During the remaining professional periods, the individual teacher shall select specific activities in accordance with Article IX, Paragraph H including extra help and grading of assessments as set forth above. Speech teachers at the elementary level, shall be assigned to no more than 35 one-half (1/2) hour sessions per week. Notwithstanding this limitation, teachers may be assigned to as many as 38 such sessions per week to a maximum of four (4) weeks per school year without additional compensation in the event of emergencies as determined by the principal or supervisor. *In the event the kindergarten program continues on a half day basis, the work day of kindergarten teachers shall be six (6) hours and twenty (20) minutes. In the event that the Board of Education determines to implement an extended or full day kindergarten program, the workday for kindergarten teachers shall be seven (7) hours. Under such circumstances, kindergarten teachers shall be entitled to lunch periods and preparation periods to the same extent as exist for teachers Grades 1 through 6 and shall be obligated to participate in professional periods to the same extent as such teachers.
Paragraph H. The rights and remedies of COUNTY provided in this Termination paragraph shall not 14 be exclusive, and are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law or under this 15 Agreement. 16
Paragraph H. 2. requires the documentation of the Trustee’s evaluation of the Valuation Report to include disclosure of material points on which personnel disagreed and why, as well as stating whether any personnel ever expressed the view that information provided was inconsistent.
Paragraph H. (1) a teacher who volunteers or is assigned, and serves as a substitute, shall be paid $35.00 per period.
