Condition of Service. As part of the application for a sabbatical, applicants must include a written commitment to remain in the service of the Board for two (2) years after the expiration of such leave, or in the case of resignation, within two (2) years, to refund the Board such prorating of the salary paid during the leave of absence as the unexpired portion of two (2) years shall bear to said period.

The client shall: provide to OZ Cert Pty Ltd all necessary documents and materials required for conducting the electrical product safety certification process, including provision for examining documentation and records, and access to the relevant equipment, location(s), area(s), personnel, and client's subcontractors; ensure that products always fulfil the certification requirements including implementing appropriate changes when communicated by OZ Cert Pty Ltd;
Condition of Service. This Agreement does not include the supply or installation of parts to replace parts which have been rendered inoperable as a result of one or more of the following events nor does it include the making of adjustments of any nature to the Equipment for the correction of faults caused by any one or more of the following events:- Accident, Misuse, fire, flood, negligence, power variance or failure, act of war, maintenance carried out by persons other than a representative of Bio- Strategy or failure to use the Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions.

Condition of Service. AIS's obligation to perform Service is conditioned upon the covered Equipment not having been altered or repaired by any party other than AIS, without AIS's written consent, and the malfunction not being the result of mishandling, abuse, misuse or improper storage/environmental conditions, installation, maintenance, or operation by other than AIS (including use in conjunction with equipment electronically or mechanically incompatible) and upon the Equipment not having been damaged by fire, water, explosion, power failure, any act of God, or by any other cause whatsoever. Any Service performed as a result of these conditions are deemed out of scope and will be billed as out of scope according to Schedule B.
Condition of Service. The interior of the home is expected to be cleared of clutter unless organizational services have been requested. Toys are to be put away, laundry is set in the laundry basket or washer, clothes are to be put away in the closet or in the dresser(s), dishes are in the dishwasher or cabinets unless requested to be washed. Surfaces that are covered with clutter will not be cleaned unless asked to be organized and cleaned. While cleaning, items will not be put away by Graceworks’ cleaners unless the client shows the cleaner where to place them.
Condition of Service a. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow LSCS to provide college level courses to students enrolled in a Homeschool program. LSCS will approve students that are qualified to enroll in dual credit courses based upon current Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) rules and regulations in the Texas Administrative Code, Title 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, and Subchapter D.
