COMPENSATION TO AGENCY. Client agrees to pay for services rendered under this Agreement in accordance with the Service Line Exhibit(s), plus all applicable federal, state and local taxes that may be payable by Agency, including but not limited to, sales/use tax, excise tax and gross receipts tax. Should Agency be required to pay a Clinician any wage/hour penalty as required by federal or state law, such penalty shall be billed to Client at the regular rate. The parties acknowledge that they have a reimbursement arrangement with respect to housing and meals. The reimbursement amount is included in the fee Client pays for services, except as otherwise specifically stated herein. Agency will provide substantiation of the reimbursement amount. Amounts reimbursed by Client may be subject to tax deduction limitations.

COMPENSATION TO AGENCY. Client shall have an authorized representative report all hours worked per week by Healthcare Professionals, via timesheets or other agreed upon documentation, by fax or email to Agency no later than the next Monday at noon Eastern Standard Time. Agency will invoice Client for services rendered based on timesheets or other documents as agreed upon and signed by both Client and Healthcare Professional evidencing work performed under this Agreement in accordance with the Schedule of Rates outlined in Exhibit A of this Agreement, plus all applicable state and local taxes which may be payable by Agency, to include but not be limited to sales/use tax, excise tax and gross receipts tax. In cases where Client did not provide the minimum scheduled hours as required in Section 3 above, Agency is authorized to xxxx for the minimum scheduled hours. Agency may impose a finance charge of eighteen (18) percent per annum to all outstanding amounts unpaid for thirty (30) days or more. If this rate exceeds the maximum lawful interest amount, the interest due will be the rate permitted by state law. In the event that the Company must institute legal action to collect any outstanding amounts, Client agrees to pay all of the Company’s costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

The portion of the rate payable to Agency will vary depending upon amounts payable to Clinician. Such variation will not affect the amounts reflected in the rate schedules. Clinicians are paid one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed upon rate, subject to tax withholdings as required by law. The parties acknowledge that they have a reimbursement arrangement with respect to housing and meals. COMPENSATION TO AGENCY. Agency will invoice Client for services rendered under this Agreement in accordance with the Schedule of Rates outlined in Exhibit A of this Agreement. Should Agency be required to pay Public Health Personnel any wage/hour penalty as required by state or federal law, such penalty shall be billed at the regular rate. Payment by Client shall be due upon receipt of an invoice from Agency. Information appearing on the invoice shall be deemed accurate and affirmed by Client unless Client notifies Agency in writing, specifying the particular error(s), omission(s), or objection(s). Failure to notify Agency within that time shall constitute a waiver of any objection thereto. Agency may impose a finance charge of one and one-half (1 ½) percent per month to all outstanding amounts unpaid by for thirty (30) days or more. In the event that any action is brought to enforce or interpret this Agreement, the prevailing party shall recover its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees in bringing such action. The Client will also reimburse the Agency for advertising conducted while recruiting specific personnel when advertising is done at the request of the Client.

  • Compensation to Contractor The terms related to the price of the goods and/or services to be provided under this Agreement and the terms of payment to the Contractor are described in more detail in Attachment “B” to this Agreement: Price and Payment Information.

  • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein.
