Form of Compensation. Compensation for overtime shall be paid except where, upon request of the Employee, and with the approval of the Employer, or its representative, overtime may be granted in the form of time off in lieu of overtime hours worked.
Form of Compensation. ☒ Time and Materials. For performance of the Required Services by Consultant as identified in Section 2.B., above, City shall pay Consultant for the productive hours of time spent by Consultant in the performance of the Required Services, at the rates or amounts as indicated in the attached Exhibit “D.”

Form of Compensation. ☒ Single Fixed Fee. For performance of all of the Required Services by Contractor/Service Provider as herein required, City shall pay a single fixed fee of $40,000, upon completion of all Required Services to City’s satisfaction.

If one or more of the service providers are terminated/withdraw from service for any reason, the Tow License Fee for the remaining contractors will be adjusted per the schedule above.
Form of Compensation. The form of compensation for overtime shall be agreed upon between the supervisor and unit member prior to working overtime. In the absence of such agreement the unit member will receive paid compensation.
Form of Compensation. Overtime compensation will be received in the form of pay or compensatory time off as directed by the Department Head or a designee. The City will retain the right to schedule compensatory time off in accordance with the FLSA, i.e., the use of accumulated comp time shall be permitted within a reasonable period after a request of use has been made unless the request will unduly disrupt the operations of the City.
Form of Compensation. At the end of the Deferral Period, the Company shall have the choice of paying the Executive the deferred Base Salary within thirty (30) calendar days in either (i) a lump sump cash payment, or (ii) in restricted shares of the Company’s common stock (such stock compensation, the “Stock Payment”). The Stock Payment shall be equal in value to the outstanding Base Salary, with such value to be calculated on the basis of the average of the closing price of shares of the Company’s common stock on the thirty (30) calendar days prior to and including December 31, 2011. Such closing prices shall be determined by reference to the closing price of common stock of the Company, as listed on the primary exchange for the trading of the Company’s common stock, or in the absence of such an exchange, as listed on the NASDAQ’s Over the Counter Bulletin Board or any successor thereto.
Form of Compensation. The employee may receive payment as compensation for overtime or shall be compensated with time off at one and one-half (1-½) times the regular rate. Compensatory time shall not accrue beyond forty (40) hours. Compensatory time off shall be taken by mutual consent and as approved by the direct supervisor consistent with the needs of the City. This Section shall not preclude the parties from mutually agreeing to temporarily exceed the 40- hour cap for an employee due to special circumstances up to two-hundred forty (240) hours.
Form of Compensation. All compensation for overtime earned during a pay period will be paid during the pay period in which it was earned. Where, upon request of the employee, and with the approval of the Employer, overtime earned during the pay period may be granted in the form of time off in lieu of pay.
