Full-time faculty members shall have their base salaries adjusted by the following amounts in each year of the 2021-2024 faculty negotiated agreement: • 2021-22 = $4,250 • 2022-23 = $2,300 • 2023-24 = $2,300
COMPENSATION FOR FULL-TIME FACULTY. 1. Initial Placement
COMPENSATION FOR FULL-TIME FACULTY. ‌ Determination of yearly compensation at the time of appointment is made by the President in consultation with the chief academic officer and the chief financial officer. The following criteria will be considered when determining compensation: academic degrees; total years of teaching experience; full-time experience in a non-teaching profession related to the field of specialization; time in current academic rank; time in previous academic rank; and discipline demands. Following the time of appointment, determination of compensation is made by the Board of Trustees following the yearly budget review. All faculty contracts are made for nine months duration with payment in twelve monthly installments. Payroll checks will be distributed on the last calendar day of the month. It is University policy not to make advances on payroll checks.
COMPENSATION FOR FULL-TIME FACULTY. (Educational Facilitators) For full-time faculty, salaries are payable annually in 26 bi-weekly installments. The first 23 installments are payable bi-weekly beginning in September of the academic year. The last three installments are payable upon delivery of the following items by the faculty member on time established by the College to the Office of the Senior Academic Administrator in a form acceptable to the President: 1) three syllabi for individualized instruction courses with related completed sets of Instructional Modules, 2) three required syllabi for colloquia, 3) experiential studies course syllabi, and 4) Assessment Portfolios for all students assigned for the academic year. Compensation levels for full-time faculty are established annually with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees commensurate with the faculty rank. A salary scale is available in the President’s Office. Compensation includes all funds paid to or on behalf of each faculty member including cost of health plans. Salaries for "acting appointments" to any rank and step are calculated at $2,000.00 less than the figure for regular appointments set forth above (but no less than the faculty member's salary prior to such an acting appointment) to strengthen faculty incentives to bring their credentials and performance into full compliance with institutional standards for the rank involved.

  • Full-Time Faculty a) Prior to the evaluation of a full-time faculty member, the first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the criteria, procedures, and timelines (including classroom visits and non-classroom observations) for the evaluation.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Full-time Nurses 10.01 (a) The following shall be recognized as paid holidays with respect to permanent full-time nurses who have completed thirty (30) calendar days or more continuous service: New Year’s Day Civic Holiday Family Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.
