City Insurance. City will maintain all risk property insurance for the full replacement value of the its wastewater facilities, including coverage for flood and losses resulting from certified and non-certified acts of terrorism.
City Insurance. In addition, City shall provide and maintain such adequate general liability insurance for the Public Parking Facility and the Private Improvements in an amount agreeable to the parties, naming Developer, its successors and assigns as an additional insured thereon, to cover liabilities that arise in connection with the City’s maintenance and other responsibility for the Public parking Facility.
City Insurance. (a) The City may, at its own cost during the term of this Agreement, place and maintain property damage insurance covering the Pound the City Fixtures and Equipment against fire and such other perils as the City may consider necessary or desirable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City will have the option to self-insure for any of the occurrences or forms of insurance contemplated in this Paragraph.
City Insurance. City, at its expense, shall procure and maintain insurance on the Plant, Control Building and Reclaimed Supply Lines against physical damage to property, or death of, or personal injury to, any persons, of the kind and with coverages normally carried by entities operating properties similar to the Plant, Control Building and Reclaimed Supply Lines. Under the terms of the required insurance policies, this Agreement shall be defined as an insured contract. The policy shall identify NuCorp, NICDC and the University as additional insureds, shall waive subrogation of claims against NICDC and the University as additional insureds, and shall have all necessary endorsements to provide coverage without exclusion for explosion, collapse and underground property damage hazards. A certificate of insurance shall be filed with the City Attorney’s office prior to commencement of installation of the CRES, which evidences compliance with the policy requirements stated above and provides for thirty (30) days prior written notice to NuCorp, NICDC and the University of cancellation or material change of any insurance referred to therein. Upon request, City shall furnish to NuCorp, NICDC and the University certificates of insurance demonstrating compliance with this Section. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the University acknowledges and agrees that the City may self- insure.
City Insurance. The City maintains a self-insurance fund for the benefits of its employees, servants, and agents. Nothing contained within this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of sovereign immunity by the City.

City Insurance. In connection with the Emergency Services to be provided by the City to the Fire District and the Redlands Subdistrict, the City shall procure and maintain, at its sole expense, the insurance policies described below. All such insurance policies will name the Fire District and the Redlands Subdistrict as additional insureds; however, the City shall be solely responsible for any deductible losses under such insurance policies. The Fire District and Redlands Subdistrict acknowledge and agree that the City is self-insured and is a member of the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) and that those coverages meet the requirements set forth in subsections 4(a) through 4(d) below.
City Insurance. The City has and shall maintain (including through self- insurance), continuously throughout the Term, general liability insurance, including contractual liability, and comprehensive automobile liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage in such amounts, subject to such exceptions and deductibles, as are customary for similarly sized cities in Pennsylvania, and shall maintain (including through self-insurance) worker’s compensation and employer’s liability insurance limits as required by law. The City further covenants and agrees that all insurance policies shall be carried with a responsible insurance company or companies authorized to do business in the Commonwealth or shall be provided under a self-insurance program; any self-insurance program shall be actuarially sound in the written opinion of an accredited actuary. DTE acknowledges that the City has no obligation to maintain any insurance with respect to the DTE Facility.
City Insurance. The Terminal Building in which Airline's Exclusive Use and Preferential Use Space is located, exclusive of Airline's property, will be insured by City under a policy of fire and extended coverage insurance to the extent of not less than eighty percent (80%) of the insurable value of such property if such percentage of coverage is available. Insurance moneys and funds received on account of the damage to or destruction of such property will be applied by City to the repair, construction, or replacement of such damaged or destroyed property. Premiums paid by City for insurance provided in compliance herewith shall be included by City as a part of Airport maintenance and operating expenses.
