Operating Properties definition

Operating Properties means all real property (including, without limitation, all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by any member of the Group.

Operating Properties means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity).
Operating Properties means those properties described on Exhibit B -1 attached hereto.
