Public Parking Facility means any off-street facility owned, leased, or maintained by the Town and held open for use by the public for the parking of vehicles whether a fee is charged for the privilege to park.

Public Parking Facility means any city-owned parking facility regulated by the department and operated by the city or by a contractor on behalf of the city, that is available for public use. Public parking facility shall not include any parking facility operated by a city agency intended for use by such agency's employees or by the public to conduct business with such agency.
