Insurance Fund definition

Insurance Fund means the pest control insurance fund established pursuant to this compact.
Insurance Fund means the Deposit-Linked Insurance Fund established under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 16;

More Definitions of Insurance Fund

Insurance Fund in relation to a company means a fund maintained by a company in accordance with section 29;
