SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. The City is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of the buildings, structures, utilities, and surrounding areas including shrubbery. The City shall furnish water, telephone, electric, gas, trash service and pay for the same. The City is responsible for compliance with the Virginia Xxxxxx Xxxxx Pool and Spa Safety Act and Americans with Disability Act compliance. The City shall provide four (4) sets of keys for locks that access the pools, bathhouse and equipment areas.

Support for Contractor To support the Contractor in successfully managing the CARE+ MHU program, the City shall provide up to thirteen (13) mobile shower and bathroom trailers for use. The locations that will be serviced will be selected by LASAN and be provided to the Contractor prior to daily deployment. The City will also obtain any necessary parking or street permits for parking the shower and bathroom trailer at each location. The City shall obtain necessary approvals for use of fire hydrants and be responsible for costs associated with water usage. The City shall be responsible for providing an available connection for sewer/ wastewater discharge. The City shall provide disposal services for the collection of waste accumulated in receptacles for needles, trash, and hazardous waste. The City shall also provide a location to safely park the shower and bathroom trailers.

Assumptions • City staff will lead the public meetings and Quincy Team will present on technical elements of the project. • Invitations will be extended to the affected residents by the City.

The CITY shall continue to serve as the Local Sponsor of the Project at a minimum throughout the term of the Project Agreement, as may be amended, and fulfill all of its obligations under the Project Agreement, as may be amended. The CITY shall deliver to the COUNTY an invoice, suitable to the COUNTY in form and substance, for the amounts described in Section 2 below before May 1, 2020.

The City shall provide dispatching services on a twenty-four (24) hour per day basis between Fort Xxxxxxx 911 (FC911), located at the Fort Xxxxxxx Police Services building, 0000 X. Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Colorado, and such radio bases and mobile and portable dispatching units owned by Service Provider as may be designated by Poudre Valley Health Care, Inc. Specific dispatching services to be provided by the City through FC911 are itemized below and, in rendering such services, the City shall utilize all dispatching equipment and capabilities which may be currently owned and operated by the City to the extent that such are reasonably necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement. The City and Service Provider further agree, in rendering and utilizing such services, that each will adhere to the procedures contained in FC911 Training Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Bulletins.
