Services During Clause Samples

The "Services During" clause defines the specific period or circumstances under which services will be provided by one party to another. It typically outlines the start and end dates of service delivery, or describes the events that trigger the commencement and conclusion of services. For example, it may state that services begin upon contract signing and continue until project completion or a specified date. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when obligations begin and end, thereby preventing disputes over service timelines and responsibilities.
