Common use of Beta Services Clause in Contracts

Beta Services. From time to time, SFDC may make Beta Services available to Partner at no charge. Partner may choose to try such Beta Services or not in its sole discretion. Beta Services are intended for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available without the applicable Beta Services designation. SFDC may discontinue Beta Services at any time in its sole discretion and may never make them generally available. SFDC will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
