AVAILABLILITY. The Employer will consult and seek agreement with the employee/s concerning the implementation, or continuation, of availability. Employee/s making themselves available for availability shall be placed on a “Priority List” which shall rotate weekly. Availability shall only occur after ordinary hours of work. Only employees placed on availability, and while on availability, may be called out. Employee/s shall be paid 4 hours minimum at double time for each call-out. In addition to the normal rates of pay and allowances, employees on availability shall receive $100.00 per week. Appendix B – Extract of particular terms as Applied by the Operation of the VBIA 2000- 2005. The terms and conditions in this Appendix B are extracted from the VBIA 2000-2005, and include variations to VBIA 2000-2005 as applied by the operation of the VBIA 2000-2005 itself prior to the date of this Agreement. The terms are extracted and included for the conveniences of the parties. The terms in this Appendix may be further modified in accordance with the terms of the VBIA 2000- 2005 as varied from time to time, and such variations shall be taken to be included in this Agreement and this Appendix. In this Appendix, the relevant Award is the Plumbing Trades (Southern States) Construction Award 1999

Employee/s on stand-by on Public Holidays or Picnic Day shall receive an additional ordinary day’s pay and entitlements, and be granted an alternative day off on a calendar working day mutually agreed between the employer and employee.   • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Product Availability Under no circumstances shall Company be responsible to Representative or anyone else for its failure to fill accepted orders, or for its delay in filling accepted orders, when such failure or delay is due to strike, accident, labor trouble, acts of nature, freight embargo, war, civil disturbance, vendor problems or any cause beyond Company's reasonable control.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.
