Flexibility of Rostered Days. Off (RDOs) The Plumbing industry calendar will be observed regarding Rostered Days Off (RDO). Employee/s will receive 26 RDOs each year. The parties may agree on arrangements allowing flexibility regarding the taking of RDOs. Subject to this clause, RDOs will not be accrued.
