Hours Minimum Sample Clauses
The "Hours Minimum" clause sets a required minimum number of hours that must be worked or billed under an agreement. In practice, this means that a service provider or contractor is guaranteed a baseline amount of work or compensation, regardless of whether the client ultimately requires fewer hours. For example, a consultant might be assured payment for at least 10 hours per week, even if only 7 hours of work are assigned. This clause ensures predictable income for the service provider and clarifies expectations, reducing disputes over underutilization or fluctuating workloads.
