Association Day. The third Wednesday of every month shall be designated as an Association Day. During this day, no District or site meetings involving bargaining unit members shall be scheduled.

Association Day. Wednesdays shall be recognized as Association meeting days. No Gilroy Unified School District meetings, other than Board Meetings, Back-to-School Nights, Open House and Instructional Leadership Academy meetings shall be scheduled on the second or third Wednesday of the month except in an emergency.

  • Association Days The Association shall be provided a total of twenty-two (22) days during the school year of released time to conduct Association business with a maximum of seven (7) used on any given day. Requests for Association days shall be made in writing and, when at all possible, at least three (3) days prior to such leave and shall be submitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Association shall assume any expense incurred by the hiring of a substitute teacher.

  • Association Dues 5.01 In every pay period, the Board shall deduct from every pay of each Occasional Teacher the appropriate amount of dues as authorized by the Constitution of the Association and directed by its Executive.

  • Association Establishment and all other expenses of the Association and also similar expenses of the Maintenance In-charge looking after the common purposes, until handing over the same to the Association.

  • Association Leave A total of 10 days of leave with pay during the current school year shall be granted the Association for use by the Association. The Board will provide the Association President or their designee with forty (40) days of paid released time during the course of the school year in order to conduct Association Business.   • Association Grievance A grievance, as defined in Section 7.1, relating to occurrences actually involving at least three (3) nurses or arising under the Association Representative article, may be initiated by the Association at Step 2 of the above-mentioned procedure by the filing of a written grievance, signed by a representative of the Association, within 35 calendar days from the date of occurrence. Such grievance shall describe the problem and the contract provisions alleged to have been violated.

  • Association Business Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.

  • Association Fees Buyer is aware that 2020 annual fees have been established for the Subdivision according to the Restrictions and that Buyer will be responsible for the annual association fee of $800 (which will be prorated for the year of closing). Buyer is also aware that they will deposit $500 with the Association at the closing in addition to the Lot purchase price as an Initial Fee.

  • Association Grievances If a grievance affects a group of employees or the Association, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance to the Superintendent directly, and the processing of such grievance shall commence at Step 2. Grievances involving more than one supervisor and grievances involving the administrator above the building level may be filed by the Association at Step 2.
