Examples of Association in a sentence
When a teacher is not represented by the Association, the Association shall have the right to be present and to state its views at all stages of the grievance procedure.
The Board will continue to deduct and remit Association dues as provided by state law.
The Board or designee will promptly notify the Association in writing of any cancellation of membership.
Within 20 week days of the occurrence or within 20 week days of the time the teacher became aware of the occurrence, the teacher or the Association on behalf of the individually named teacher(s) shall present the grievance in writing to the immediately involved supervisor, who will arrange for a meeting to take place within ten (10) week days after receipt of the grievance.
The Association will be given time at the beginning of the year during workshop days to hold an Association meeting.
