Site Meetings. 1) The Contractor, or his authorized representative, shall attend meetings on the Site at regular intervals to be decided upon by the Director of Works.
Site Meetings. If the provisions of this clause applies to Capital Premises Works, then the Tenant shall give the Landlord due notice of project meetings in relation to Capital Premises Works, and invite a representative of the Landlord to attend, and circulate minutes of meetings to the Landlord.

TS-26 During executing the works and on a periodical base, site meetings shall be held every 2 weeks or whenever needed for the purposes to coordinate the works and to be sure that it is properly executed according to contract conditions and technical specification.
