Association Grievances. If a grievance affects a group of employees or the Association, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance to the Superintendent directly, and the processing of such grievance shall commence at Step 2. Grievances involving more than one supervisor and grievances involving the administrator above the building level may be filed by the Association at Step 2.

Association Grievances. Association Grievances will follow the procedures beginning with Article 26.7(a)(ii).
Association Grievances. The Association shall have the right to grieve any violation, misapplication, or misinterpretation of any provision(s) involving the Association. Such grievances shall be filed at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
Association Grievances. The Association shall have standing under this procedure to initiate a grievance only over alleged violations of a specific section(s) of this Agreement that affects the entire Association, an entire department or ten (10) or more unit members in any one classification. In order to exercise such standing the Association must provide sufficient information to allow a complete investigation.
Association Grievances. Matters involving Association grievances will be discussed with the appropriate administrative official as designated by the College’s Executive Director of Human Resources in an attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the matter is not resolved informally and the Association desires to further pursue the matter, the Association must deliver a written grievance (setting forth in detail the facts and specific provision or provisions of the Agreement alleged to have been violated, and stating the settlement desired) within 28 calendar days of the event giving rise to the grievance. The Association grievance must be delivered to the supervising Xxxx or other administrative official as designated by the College’s Executive Director of Human Resources and a copy delivered to the College Human Resources Department.
Association Grievances. 10.11 The Association shall present policy grievances to the Staff Relations Branch of the Public Service Commission for investigation not later than ten (10) instructional days after the date on which the Association becomes aware of the circumstances giving rise to the complaint. If the grievance is not resolved during the investigation stage, the Staff Relations Branch shall provide a report on the grievance to Public Service Commissioner, with a copy to the Association. The Public Service Commissioner shall meet with the Association within sixty (60) instructional days of the presentation of the grievance to discuss the grievance and the grievance report. The Public Service Commissioner shall provide the employer’s final response to the grievance within twenty (20) instructional days of this meeting.

Association Grievances. The Association shall have the right to initiate a grievance growing out of an alleged violation of Association rights under this contract. Any such grievance shall be initiated by filing the written grievance with an Administration representative on the Contract Management Committee. The remainder of the procedure shall be as provided for the individual grievances.
Association Grievances. An Association Grievance is hereby recognized and such Association Grievance shall be submitted in writing and received by the Chief of Police within 5 working days of the occurrence or circumstance giving rise to the grievance. Within 5 working days following the receipt of the written grievance, the Chief of Police shall meet with the Board of Directors of the Association to discuss the grievance, and within 5 working days thereafter, the Chief of Police shall give a written reply to the grievance to the Secretary of the Association. If the reply of the Chief of Police is not satisfactory to the Association or if no reply is received from the Chief of Police, the grievance may be processed following the conditions as set forth in Step 3.
