An Association grievance committee shall be established consisting of three members.
The Association shall furnish the County with the names of the members of the Association grievance committee.
The purpose of the Association grievance committee is to aid the Association and employee in resolution of grievances or to determine whether to pursue the matter through the grievance procedure.
When requested by the teacher, the Association grievance representative may intervene to assist.
All responses from any representative(s) of the City shall be made in writing with a copy to the grievant and to the Association grievance representative.
When filed at Level I by the Association, it shall be defined as an Association grievance.
In the case of an Association grievance under section B2, the grievance shall be signed by the President(s) of the Association.
