Architect Agreement. AHJ. The governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Project selected by Owner for building permits, inspections and approvals in accordance with Section 8.2 below.
Architect Agreement. The undersigned architect member of AIA Austin acknowledges all information provided in this Application is true, and agrees to all of the Homes Tour Rules. The undersigned member also agrees to respond in a timely manner to any requests from the Homes Tour Committee or associated media coverage regarding information requests and/or site visits. Architect Agreement. To: All Prospective Architectural Consultants: Enclosed, please find a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Denver Public Schools (DPS) and its partners with architectural consulting services as further described in the Scope of Work and the Architect Agreement (the “Agreement”) Unless otherwise noted, architectural firms (the “Consultant” or “Vendor”) must respond to all of the requirements stated within this request. Firms must be able to commit the resources necessary to provide the architectural services requested in a timely manner and conform to all material aspects of the enclosed Scope of Work. To be considered valid in the selection process, all qualifications statements must follow critical dates as set forth below:
Architect Agreement. The term "Architect Agreement" shall mean that certain AIA Document B141-1997, entitled "Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect with Standard Form of Architect's Services," dated as of August 20, 2003, by and between the Borrower and the Architect, relating to the community hospital project and the physician office suite project, a copy of which have been provided to Lender prior to the date hereof.
Architect Agreement. Lender shall have received a true, correct and complete copy of each Architect Agreement for the Project, in each case in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender and Construction Consultant, and each Architect under such Architect Agreements shall have delivered to Lender a duly executed and completed Architect Consent with respect to its Architect Agreement, in the form required hereunder and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Lender and Construction Consultant.
Architect Agreement. The District will retain and contract separately with the Architect for design services, which will be described in the agreement between the District and the Architect. The terms and conditions of the District-Architect agreement will not be modified to the extent that such modification would affect the liability or the performance of the Services of the Construction Manager without prior written notice to the Construction Manager.
Architect Agreement. The Undersigned and Premier have entered into that certain Standard From of Agreement Between Owner and Architect dated as of November 21, 2003 pursuant to which the Undersigned has agreed to design and prepare documents, specifications and drawings in connection with the Facility (as amended and supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms and the terms hereof, the "CONTRACT").
Architect Agreement. Landlord shall retain the Architect to ------------------- prepare formal design drawings and working drawings and specifications (collectively the "Formal Drawings"). The Formal Drawings shall contain design, technical and engineering specifications for the Work based on the Preliminary Drawings. Landlord shall negotiate and execute, as Owner, the written agreement with the Architect governing Architect's participation in the Work (the "Architect Agreement"). All Preliminary Services performed by the Architect shall be included in and made a part of and subject to the terms and conditions of the Architect Agreement. Landlord shall provide, upon request, Tenant with a copy of the proposed Architect Agreement and shall consult with, and include reasonable suggestions of, Tenant with respect to the terms and conditions of the Architect Agreement prior to execution thereof. Landlord shall be, and perform the obligations of, the Owner under the Architect Agreement.
Architect Agreement. Landlord acknowledges that performance by Subtenant of its obligations under that Agreement between Owner and Architect dated August 6, 2001, ("Architect Agreement") including entry to the Premises and work thereon will not be deemed possession or occupancy of the Premises by Subtenant hereunder.
Architect Agreement. That certain AIA Document B101-2007 Standard Form of Agreement dated , 2013 between MPT and Architect, whether entered into directly by MPT or assigned to MPT by First Choice pursuant to the Assignment of Third Party Agreements, together with any Change Order with respect thereto which is approved in accordance with Section 3.08 or the approval thereof is not required pursuant to such Section 3.08, as the same may be modified, amended, restated, or supplemented from time to time.
