Appendix I Schedule I Employees. In the event that it becomes necessary to reduce the work force, the most senior employee in the affected job classification in the affected department shall be given the option of layoff or remaining in the affected job classification. In the event that the most senior employee elects to remain in the affected job classification the next most senior employee in the affected job classification will be given the option of layoff or remaining in the affected job classification. This process shall continue until the desired work force reduction is achieved. Inthe event that this process reaches a most junior employee in the affected job classification in the affected department he must take the layoff for no more than sixty (60) cumulative days in any consecutive twelve (12) month period from the last day of his layoff in accordance with the terms of the Collective Labour Agreement. The employee may, however, elect to take another layoff within the twelve (12) month period if he so desires. Appendix Schedule Employees Inthe event that it becomes to reduce the work force, the most senior employee in the affected job classification in the affected department shall be given the option of layoff or remaining in the affected job classification. Key Job Classifications Displacements into certain key job classifications in Appendix will not be permitted for a consecutiveperiod of four (4)calendar months due to their special training requirements. The job classifications included under this Article will include the following: Job Classification Wage Group Precision Cold Form Tool and Set-Up Instructor (Forge Shops) Set-Up Heat Treat Operator At the time an employee would normally bump into one of the above classifications, that employee will instead bump to the next job clas- sification available to him under the displacement procedure.   • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Salary Schedule Placement All bargaining unit employees will have their base salaries set on the following salary schedule based on their years of service in their current job title and band. All employees who have been in their current job title and band for six or more years will have their base salaries set at the market salaries identified in the schedule for their job titles and band assignments. No employee will suffer a reduction in salary as a result of the pay schedule’s implementation.

  • Wage Schedules The Parties shall, upon completing a wage adjustment calculation, forthwith prepare, publish, post and distribute a wage schedule resulting therefrom. The final determination of the wage schedules shall be issued no later than the 7th day of March or September, for the May and November adjustments, respectively.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.

  • AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS Grantee shall have written, binding agreements with its employees and subcontractors that include provisions sufficient to give effect to and enable Grantee’s compliance with Grantee’s obligations under this Article VI, Intellectual Property.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • Appendix B Appendix B, Office of General Services General Specifications, dated July 2006, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein and shall govern any situations not covered by this Bid Document or Appendix A.

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties.
