WAGE SCHEDULES. Wage rates are attached as follows: Schedule for wage rates effective from April Schedule for wage rates effective from November Schedule for wage rates effective from November Schedule for wage rates effective from November Schedule for wage rates effective from November Progression between rates, in the appropriate Schedule noted above, will be based on calendar months, unless the employee has not been at work for consecutive days, in which case the time not at work would be added to the time required to advance between the appropriate rate steps. Should it become necessary for a Maintenance Mechanic or Machinist to replace a piece of equipment essential to the performance of the normal requirement of his job, the Company will pay the cost of replacement to a maximum of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) per calendar year. The employee shall provide a suitable receipt showing the exact cost of the replaced equipment. A new job classification of Lead Hand has been created. The employees, who on the date of ratification, hold the Lead Hand classificationwill maintain that status. Thereafter, as vacancies arise, employees may bid for them pursuant to article (a) Shift premium will be cents for the Second Shift and cents for the Third Shift over the entire term of the collective agreement. Examples of WAGE SCHEDULES in a sentence

  • Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the applicable Wage Schedules, Attachments and Addenda appended to this Collective Agreement.

  • When work can only be performed outside of regular working hours and is not shift work or overtime, such work shall be paid for at the rates set out in the Wage Schedules.

  • During the period of this Agreement, the rates of pay for the classifications of work covered will be in accordance with the Wage Schedules shown in Article 4, which are incorporated and made a part of this Agreement.

Related to WAGE SCHEDULES

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Rate Schedules means the schedules of EDTI’s Distribution Tariff that set out charges;

  • Schedules means the document(s) entitled schedules, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Letter of Tender, as included in the Contract. Such document may include the Bills of Quantities, data, lists, and schedules of rates and/or prices.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Preliminary Mortgage Schedule As defined in Section 3.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Exhibits means the several exhibits referred to and identified in this Agreement.

  • Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Annexures means any of the annexures, appendices, supplements or documents annexed to this Agreement and as amended from time to time;

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.
