An Employee’s. FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee:

An Employee’s. Benefit Committee shall meet during the school year to review health insurance and benefits and give input to the Board of Education. This committee will contain representatives from the Board of Education, administration, certified staff, classified staff and AWNEA.
An Employee’s grievance which is not settled by the immediate supervisor shall be stated in writing on forms provided by the Union and approved by the University. The grievance must indicate a clear description of the details of the concern, the specific Article(s) of the Collective Agreement that has/ have been allegedly violated, and the precise remedy sought by the grievor. An Employee’s hourly rate of pay will not be less than that set out in the Australian fair Pay and Classification Scale for the Employee’s classification as specified in the Schedule (the ‘Minimum Pay Guarantee’).
An Employee’s. Home Base may be designated for the purposes of Touring or as Fixed-Base. A pilot’s Home Base may be varied by mutual agreement.
An Employee’s parental leave may end sixty-one (61) thirty-five (35) weeks after it began if the Employee also took pregnancy leave and sixty-three (63) thirty-seven (37) weeks after it began otherwise. In all other cases and is without pay, unless paternity leave has been granted pursuant to 15.7 above, in which case the week of paternity leave is a week of paid leave and constitutes the first week of the sixty-three (63) weeks of child care leave.
