Aircraft Parking Charges. AIRLINE shall pay reasonable and non-discriminatory aircraft parking charges as set forth in Exhibit F for aircraft remotely parked for extended periods of time on the ramp and away from the Terminal Aircraft Aprons.

Definitions: • Signatory - Having a lease or sublease of a ground site or building space on in accordance with the Authority’s Rates & Charges Policy. An airline having a contractual airline operating arrangement with an organization who has such a lease on airport property. • Non-signatory - Those operators who do not have on an airport lease agreement with the Authority in accordance with the Rates & Charges Policy. • MCGLW - Maximum Certificated Gross Landing Weight. Rates and Charges are calculated within an annual period beginning January 1st and ending December 31st.
Aircraft Parking Charges. In addition to the charges for the use of Common Use Gates calculated in accordance with Section 9.03.3(b), City will levy upon Airline an aircraft parking charge, as established by resolution of the City Council and as amended by the City Council from time to time, for each aircraft that parks at a Common Use Gate for more than the minimum periods as specified in the City Council resolution.
Aircraft Parking Charges. AIRLINE will pay to DOT&PF each month charges for use of Adjacent Aircraft Parking Positions in which no Signatory Airline has a Preferential Use Privilege, and a charge for use of Remote Aircraft Parking Positions as follows:

DOT&PF will calculate each year an Aircraft Parking Charge Rate for the Airport System for each use of a Remote Aircraft Parking Position by an aircraft that does not enplane or deplane revenue passengers at the Remote Aircraft Parking Position, or for each use of an Adjacent Aircraft Parking Position by a Non-Passenger Flight.
