Rates & Charges definition

Rates & Charges means the Rates and Charges for deliveries or collections set out in this agreement and may be altered annually in July or with written notification to the Customer. All rates quoted exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Rates & Charges. ATM service has three basic rate elements; Local Access, Port Connections, and Bandwidth.
Rates & Charges. WinStar shall pay Xxxxxxxx for the Collocation Services rendered pursuant to this Schedule the charges set forth in each Collocation Service Order. Charges shall be payable in advance commencing on the Effective Date of the Term relevant to the license for the use of the Space and on the first day of each calendar month thereafter during the said Term. Charges for partial months shall be prorated.

  • NOTE:All Rates & Charges are US Dollars per net ton (2,000 pounds) except as shown in individual items.

  • If the statement is sent by mail, the Cardholder shall be charged with the corresponding fee, as defined in the Bank’s Rates & Charges.

  • In accordance with the provisions of the Rates & Charges (Rebates & Deferments) Act, concessions will be offered to eligible pensioners and seniors to allow them to either defer their rates or receive a percentage rebate of their rates provided they register within the specified period and pay the balance of rates and charges within the year in which they are assessed.

  • The charges applying from time to time are stated in the Bank’s Rates & Charges, available to the Cardholder at all times in line with the respective regulatory provisions, and are posted in all NBG branches and on the Bank's website (xxx.xxx.xx).

  • Eligibility for a concession is determined by meeting the requirements specified in the Rates & Charges (Rebates & Deferments) Act.

  • Additional listings may be provided as specified for Additional Listing Service in the Rates & Charges section of this ISDN-PRI tariff.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Termination Charges means any compensatory charges payable by the Customer to BT on termination of this Agreement in whole or in part or a Service as set out in a Schedule or Order. “Transaction Taxes” mean VAT, GST, sales, consumption, use or other similar taxes, customs duties, excise taxes, and regulatory and other fees or surcharges relating to the provision of a Service. “UK GDPR” means the GDPR as applicable as part of UK domestic law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), as amended or replaced. “User” means any person who is permitted by the Customer to use or access a Service.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities, for aircraft, their crews, passengers and cargo.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Miscellaneous Charges mean charges that apply for miscellaneous services provided at CLEC's request or based on CLEC's actions that result in miscellaneous services being provided by CenturyLink, as described in this Agreement.

  • Additional Rent means all amounts, other than Basic Rent and any Security Deposit, required to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Imbalance Charges means any fees, penalties, costs or charges (in cash or in kind) assessed by a Transporter for failure to satisfy the Transporter's balance and/or nomination requirements.

  • Default Interest means interest chargeable in terms of this Agreement to unpaid amounts or outstanding obligations which interest shall be calculated, from the due date until date of payment, on a daily balance and compounded monthly in arrear at an annual rate of two percent (2%) above the prevailing, variable prime rate publicly quoted by ABSA Bank Limited from time to time.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
