An Operating Permit must be held by any Air Carrier conducting scheduled operations and holding the necessary certificates from federal or state agencies having jurisdiction to provide air transportation of passengers, mail or cargo at the Airport and who elects not to become a Signatory Airline.
The Airline Lease and Use Agreement imposes on each Signatory Airline, the obligation to pay rentals, fees, and charges for the use and occupancy of the airport.
Each individual Signatory Airline’s (including Airline’s) Terminal Revenue Sharing Amount shall be an amount equal to the Total Terminal Revenue Sharing Amount multiplied by the individual Signatory Airline’s proportionate share of total Signatory Airline Enplanements during the Fiscal Year for which Revenue Sharing has been calculated.
