Aircraft Parking. Charges The daily and monthly charge for parking an aircraft per 1,000 kg or fraction thereof of the weight of the aircraft is set out on Schedule III, provided that the total of all the daily charges in any one month shall not exceed the monthly charge imposed for an aircraft of the same Weight.

Aircraft Parking. CARRIER shall have access to Common Use Parking Positions on the Air Cargo Ramp, upon scheduling and approval, for parking Aircraft and shall be limited to loading and unloading of mail and cargo. Changes may be made to Exhibit B, under the authority of the Director, without requiring formal amendment to the Agreement. Aircraft Parking. Aircraft shall not be parked on taxiways, aprons or other pavement on the Premises in a manner that unduly obstructs access to adjacent hangars. Only airworthy aircraft shall be parked on the Premises outside the hangar.

No person shall use any area of the Airport for parking and/or storage of aircraft unless otherwise provided for in a lease or other agreement without the written permission of the Airport Manager. If any person uses unauthorized areas for aircraft parking, the aircraft may be removed by or at the direction of City, at the risk and expense of the owner, without liability for damage that may arise from or out of such removal or storage.
Aircraft Parking. Landlord shall designate a hangar and helipad for Tenant's helicopter that is close in proximity to facilitate a rapid response to transport requests. Landlord shall ensure that water access and electrical outlets (200 amp, 110 volt service) are close to this hangar and helipad so that a water hose can reach the helicopter for washing and shorelines may be connected to the helicopter when necessary.
