Preferential Use Sample Clauses
The Preferential Use clause grants certain parties, often tenants or licensees, the right to use specific areas or resources before others. In practice, this might mean a tenant in a commercial building has first choice of parking spaces, storage areas, or amenities, or a licensee can access shared facilities ahead of other users. The core function of this clause is to provide priority access, ensuring that the designated party’s needs are met before others, thereby reducing potential conflicts and clarifying usage rights.
Preferential Use. The Port grants to Tenant a right of preferential use on a non- continuous, ship-by-ship basis of the Terminal 91 Preferential Use Area for the Term; provided, however, such right of preferential use shall apply only: (i) for the Cruise Period, and (ii) to cruise vessels and associated Ship Activities. Except as expressly provided, Tenant shall have no other right to the Terminal 91 Preferential Use Area except as may be granted by the Port pursuant to the terms of Terminal Tariff No. 4, Terminal Tariff No. 5 or otherwise.
Preferential Use. Aircraft Parking Area is designated as preferential use, meaning that Mesaba has the first opportunity to use all ramp area that is part of the Leased Premises under this Agreement.
