Landing Fees definition

Landing Fees means all fees due to the Department based on the pounds of fish or value of fish landed.
Landing Fees means the fees described in Article 8.
Landing Fees means the landing fees payable by Lessee as provided in Section 6.08 hereof.

  • The Second Party shall remit to the CAA within fifteen (15) days after the expiration of each month in the amount of seventy five percent (75%) of the gross amount received by the Second Party and the same shall be reported to the CAA for Landing Fees.

  • However, the Second Party shall not collect any Landing Fees from entities who have separate agreements directly with the CAA and who make payments directly to the CAA, which information is to be requested by the Second Party from the CAA.

  • The Second Party shall collect Landing Fees from all Transient Aircraft arriving at the Leased Premises.

  • The CAA reserves the right to make adjustments or changes in the amount(s) of and schedules for the Landing Fees specified in this Section so long as such amount(s) and schedule(s) shall be applied uniformly to all parties operating at the Airport under similar agreements with the CAA.


More Definitions of Landing Fees

Landing Fees means those fees charged for landing an aircraft, as more particularly described in Section 14.2.
Landing Fees means those fees, calculated by multiplying the Landing Fee Rate by the Maximum Landed Weight (1,000 lb. units) established to pay the Airfield Area Cost Center Requirement.
Landing Fees means the fees calculated as further described in Section 4.1.
Landing Fees means the fees levied for the use of the Airport for all landings and take offs of aircraft.
Landing Fees consists of all airport landing fees, Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF) charges or similar charges, apron fees, and any other fees charged by airport operators to cover airfield costs or other airport facilities. Unscheduled flights operated by Contractor for aircraft repositioning, maintenance or any purpose other than carrying revenue passengers will not be reimbursed.
Landing Fees means those amounts payable by Airline which shall be calculated with respect to each one thousand (1,000) pounds of Gross Landing Weight by airline type as certified by the FAA, for land- ings of aircraft operated by Airline and/or Airline’s designated Affiliated Airlines at the Airport.
Landing Fees means those amounts payable by AIRLINE which shall be calculated with respect to each 1,000 pounds of Certified Maximum Landing Weight as certified by the FAA, for actual landings of aircraft type operated by AIRLINE and/or AIRLINE’s designated Affiliate Airline(s) when flying on behalf of AIRLINE at the Airport; provided, however, that Landing Fees shall not be payable when an aircraft returns to the Airport after take off from the Airport due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, or other emergency or precautionary reasons.
