Minimum Periods Clause Samples
Minimum Periods. An employee who works overtime:
(a) On a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday ; or
(b) By being recalled after leaving work, prior to their next scheduled period of ordinary time duty, shall be paid for no less than four (4) hours work, at the appropriate rate.
Minimum Periods. A. When service is provided on a month-to-month basis, the minimum period for which rates and charges are applicable is one month. When a service is discontinued prior to the expiration of the one month minimum period, a one month charge will apply at the rates in effect at the time service is discontinued.
B. When a service is provided under a fixed-period service pricing plan, as set forth in 2.4.5, following, the minimum period is twelve months for Metro Optical Ethernet (MOE).
C. When a service provided under a fixed-period service pricing plan is discontinued prior to the completion of the minimum period, a discontinuance charge will apply, as set forth in 3.4, following.
Minimum Periods. (i) The Day Rate is for a minimum hire period of two days. (ii) The Week Rate is for a minimum hire period of seven days. (iii) The Month Rate is for a minimum hire period of four weeks.

Minimum Periods. 78.1. The casual employee will be entitled to a two hour minimum payment for each employment period for sample collection or education session work only, unless the employment period is on a public holiday, in which case the minimum payment will be four hours.
78.2. No minimum period applies to administrative work carried out by DCOs and Education Presenters. This payment will be based on actual time worked.
78.3. A minimum payment of two hours applies if a sample collection or education session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
78.4. Where the employee performs sample collection or education session work without being given a minimum 48 hours’ notice, they will receive an additional two hours payment.
