Administrative Facilities. 1. Parties shall either establish a secretariat or appoint one or more administrators prior to the entry into force of this Agreement. 2. Each Party shall maintain a contact point for the other Parties or interested persons of the other Parties to answer or refer reasonable enquiries and to provide information in a timely manner pertaining to its existing and proposed measures and other matters covered by this Agreement.
