Alternate Facilities definition

Alternate Facilities means alternate and/or additional major facilities determined to be viable for the Project during the Predevelopment Phase by the Developer and included in the Amended Business Plan and the Development Overview Documents.
Alternate Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.
Alternate Facilities means those facilities provided by the contractor in the event that disposal facilities become non-operational during the term of the Contract.

Examples of Alternate Facilities in a sentence

  • After such redirection(s), if CRRA still cannot accept the Municipality’s Solid Waste at either Designated Facility or at both Designated Facilities, then CRRA may redirect such Solid Waste (“Emergency Bypass Waste”) to an Alternate Facility or Alternate Facilities selected by CRRA, and if such inability to accept is caused by a Force Majeure Event, consented to by the Municipality, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • The Parties will cooperate with one another in pre-approving Alternate Facilities.

  • The Mid-Term Workshops focus on required elements of a successful and compliant COOP such as Essential Functions, Vital Records, Alternate Facilities, Orders of Succession, and Delegations of Authority.

  • However, CWS will still be required to obtain written permission to use the Alternate Facilities on an as needed basis.

Related to Alternate Facilities

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.
