Accessing the Service. 2.8 You will have access to the Preselect Service if your Access Line is Preselected to us. The Preselect Service may be accessed on that Access Line by dialling the numbers referred to in clause 2.2.
Accessing the Service. Before accessing or using the Service, you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You may also be required to register an account on the Service (an “Account”), have a valid account on a social networking service (“SNS”) that you use to connect to the Service, or have an account with an applications provider for your mobile device. If you are between the ages of 13 and the applicable age of majority, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. You must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to the Service, including, but not limited to, a mobile device that is suitable to connect with and use the Service. You are responsible for any fees, including internet connection or mobile fees that you incur when accessing the Service.
Accessing the Service. By accessing or using the Service, including use of any Nettrons mobile application or browsing any Nettrons website, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You may also be required to register an account on the Service (an “Account”) and/or have an account with the applications provider for your mobile device. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited from receiving products of U.S. origin, including services, software or any merchandise or products purchased through your use of the Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent and warrant that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. You must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to the Service, including, but not limited to, a mobile device that is suitable to connect with and use the Service, in cases where the Service offers a mobile component. You are responsible for any fees, including internet connection or mobile fees, that you incur when accessing the Service.
Accessing the Service. You will access the service through your online banking setup with Midwest Regional Bank.
Accessing the Service. To access Vintage Pay It bill payment system you must be a Vintage Online user. After you have become a Vintage Online user, simply click on the “Go to Billpay” option under the Bill Payments tab. All Vintage Bank Online users will have access to the Vintage Pay It service. You may use the Vintage Bank Kansas bill paying service, Vintage Pay It, to direct Vintage Bank Kansas to make payments from your designated checking account to the “Payees” you choose in accordance with this agreement. The terms and conditions of this agreement are in addition to the account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your account.
Accessing the Service. Access to the Service is granted directly to Licensed Users or by the Administrators subject to these Terms. Licensed Users may access and use the Service solely for the Customer’s benefit and in accordance with these Terms, the Documentation, and any scope of use restrictions designated in the applicable Order Form.
Accessing the Service. When you complete the Online Banking enrollment process, you will establish a User ID and password. You will use the User ID and password to access the Online Banking product and Online Financial Services. Each time you access the Service, you will be asked to enter your User ID, password, and answer one of three pre-answered challenge questions (case sensitive). The correct responses will give you access to the Service. If the incorrect password or answer to a challenge question is entered three times, your account will become locked out. You may utilize the lockout reset option or contact the credit union.
Accessing the Service. You agree not to access, or attempt to access, the Service by any means other than through the user interface provided through the Site or the App. You specifically agree not to access, or attempt to access, the Service through any automated means (including, without limitation, through the use of scripts, bots, spiders or web crawlers).
Accessing the Service. You must use a login ID and a password to access the Service. When you enroll, we will send you a temporary password that will give you initial access to the Service. That password must be changed the first time you log on to the Service. Each individual who has access to the Service must choose a password. You should memorize your password and change it periodically. We may act on any Service instruction that is accompanied by your login ID and password. You must not disclose your login ID or password to anyone. You are solely responsible for keeping your login ID and password confidential and for the results of others gaining access to your login ID and password as a result of your negligence, or other acts or omissions. Never place your login ID or password on or near your computer. If you forget your password, contact us to have a new one issued to you. We suspend a login ID’s access to the Service if there are three unsuccessful attempts to enter a password.
Accessing the Service. Subject to the disclaimer in section 14.3, it is possible to execute payment transactions or access the Service at any time of day. Withdrawal requests will usually be processed during a Business Day. Withdrawal requests, except for those made at an ATM, received after 17:00 will be treated as taking place on the following Business Day.
