Company Access. The Customer shall permit the Company's employees and/or agents and/or subcontractors and/or invitees at times to be agreed between the Parties both during the Term and after the termination of the Connection Agreement to enter those parts of the Customer's Premises as shall be reasonably agreed between the Parties to enable the Company to carry out preliminary site investigation works, the Connection Works, modification works, inspections, operating, testing, repairing, renewing, maintaining, isolating, protecting or removing the Company's Equipment, materials or temporary works or any part thereof, Disconnecting or De-Energising, monitoring compliance with the terms of the Connection Agreement or to enable the Company to fulfil its obligations under the terms of the Connection Agreement. The Company shall use all reasonable endeavours to co-operate with the Customer and its Contractors prior to and when present on the Customer's Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 11.3, the Company's employees and/or agents and/or subcontractors and/or invitees shall be entitled to enter the Customer's Premises at any time both during the Term and after the termination of the Connection Agreement for any purpose in connection with the operation of the Transmission System provided that the Company shall, when present on the Customer's Premises, use all reasonable endeavours to co-operate with the Customer and its Contractors. This Clause 11.3 shall survive termination of the Connection Agreement.

Employee agrees and consents that, during the term of Employee's employment with the Company and thereafter, the Company may review, audit, intercept, access and disclose all messages created, stored, received or sent over the electronic mail and Internet access systems provided by the Company, with or without notice to Employee, and that such review, audit, interception, access or disclosure may occur during or after working hours. Employee further consents and agrees that the Company may, at any time, access, review and disclose the contents of all computers, computer disks and other data-storage equipment and devices, files, desks, drawers, closets, cabinets and work stations that are either on the Company's premises or owned or provided by the Company.
Company Access. Company is responsible for all activity occurring under Company’s Cloud Services and Support accounts. Company will provide McAfee with all information and assistance required to supply the Cloud Services or enable Company’s use of the Cloud Services. Company Access. Client agrees that Company shall at all reasonable times have full access to all technology hardware and systems at Client’s location to perform routine and other maintenance service/repairs. If a technician arrives and is not granted access, technician’s time and travel will be billable. Client also agrees that Company shall have remote access and passwords to the Client’s telephone system, server(s), computer(s), etc. at all times unless otherwise agreed to in writing within the Special Considerations Section of the Client Support Engagement Form. In the event Company determines that Company can resolve the problem through remote access, however, remote access is not available; Company will dispatch a technician to the Client’s location and will invoice the Client at Company’s standard, non-discounted billing rates. Client grants Company authorization to view any data within the regular routine of the repair or system improvement. Client also authorizes Company to reasonably delete, change, and/or rewrite any necessary information to complete the system repair or improvement that is consistent with the standards and practices in the industry.
Company Access. Permit the Company, by the Company's representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral pledged by such Grantor, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of such Collateral and to remove all or any part of such Collateral.
