Bill Payments. The Depositor acknowledges and agrees that:

Bill Payments. Whether you use an Account Access Device, a Debit Card or an in-branch transaction to pay a bill, you acknowledge and agree that: o bill payments from the Account are not necessarily processed immediately and that the time period for processing depends upon a number of factors including, without limitation, the time between when the bill payment is initiated and the internal accounting processes of the bill payment recipient; o it is your responsibility to ensure that bill payments are authorized in sufficient time for the payment to be received by the bill payment recipient before its due date; and o the Credit Union will not be liable for any cost, expense, loss, damage, or inconvenience of any nature or kind whatsoever arising as a result of non-payment or a delay in the processing of bill payments. Service, Account and system disruption risk: You acknowledge that the availability of Account services, including services requiring an Account Access Device or a Debit Card depends on telecommunications systems, computer hardware and software, and other equipment, including equipment belonging to the Credit Union and Third Parties, and as a result the Credit Union cannot guarantee the provision of uninterrupted Account access and service. The Credit Union is not liable for any cost, loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, or delay of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, that you may suffer arising from non-continuous or interrupted Account service or the Credit Union providing or failing to provide any particular service, or from the malfunction or failure of telecommunication systems, computer hardware or software, or other equipment, or other technical malfunctions or disturbances for any reason whatsoever, nor is the Credit Union liable for any lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, intercepted, or stolen messages, or failed, incomplete, or delayed transmissions, or online failures (collectively, “Interruption Claims”), even if you have advised the Credit Union of such consequences. You release and agree to hold the Credit Union harmless from any and all Interruption Claims.
Bill Payments. 3.1 Use of your Card for payment of bills: You may use your Card to effect Bill Payments.
Bill Payments. You may authorize new payment instructions or edit previously authorized payment instructions for bill payments that are either variable (i.e. payments on merchant charge accounts that vary in amount) or fixed (i.e. fixed loan payments). When you transmit a bill payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the bill payment transaction from your checking account. We will process bill payment transfer requests only for such creditors as you authorize. The Credit Union will not process any bill payment transfer if we know the required transaction information is incomplete. In any event, the Credit Union will not be liable for any transaction that contains incorrect information that the Credit Union was not responsible for entering or knowing. If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the bill payment request, your account will incur a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charge. Subsequent payment requests may not be processed until funds are collected for all previous payments. The Credit Union’s bill payment processor may attempt to clear the payment (s) from your account up to three (3) times. After six (6) NSF occurrences, your Bill Payment account may be closed. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appears to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous. The Credit Union will withdraw the designated funds from your account for the bill payment transfer within five (5) business days after your payment request has been processed. The Credit Union will process your bill payment transfer within three (3) business days of the date you schedule for payment. It is your responsibility to schedule your bill payments in such a manner that your obligations will be paid on time. You should enter and transmit your bill payment instructions at least ten (10) days before a bill is due. You are responsible for any late payments or finance charges that may be imposed as a result of your failure to transmit a timely bill payment authorization. You may cancel or stop payment on variable or fixed bill payments instructions under certain circumstances. If you discover an error in or want to change a payment instruction (i.e., payment date or payment amount) for a bill payment that you have already scheduled for transmission through the bill payment service, you may electronically edit or cancel your payment request through bill payment. Bill Payments. You may make payments to third parties by telephone or personal computer. Refer to the Salem Five Online Banking Agreement for further information about Bill Payments. You may authorize the Direct Electronic Transfer of funds to or from your designated account(s). For example:
Bill Payments. Bill Payments are made from your designated payment account for the amount requested by you to the scheduled payee through Primebank’s eBill Pay Service. You must be an owner of the designated Bill Payment account. You may not designate any account that requires more than one signature for withdrawals. All fees for eBill Pay Service will be deducted from your designated payment account. Payments may be made up to a maximum of $9,999.99. There is no limit to the number of payments that may be authorized, or the number of payees you can pay through Xxxx Xxxxx. You may pay most merchants and individuals using Primebank’s eBill Pay Service, however, you may not use eBill Pay to pay taxes, court-ordered payments, or any governmental agency. You have the right to add, edit or delete a payment any time before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time the business day before the payment is scheduled to pay. Payments made through Primebank’s eBill Pay Service require sufficient time for your payee to credit your account properly. To avoid incurring a finance charge or other charge, you must schedule a payment sufficiently in advance of the due date of your payment. When you schedule payment: YOU MUST SCHEDULE THE PAYMENT AT LEAST FIVE BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE PAYMENT IS DUE AT YOUR PAYEE. By scheduling payments and submitting your payees’ information including their addresses, you authorize us to follow the payment instructions to these payees. When we receive a payment instruction (for the current or future date), we will remit funds to the payee on your behalf from the funds in your designated payment account on the day you have instructed them to be sent (Payment Date). Funds for all bill payments (whether these payments are made electronically or by check) will be withdrawn from your account on the day the payment is scheduled to be sent to the payee. The Bank is under no obligation to notify you if it does not complete a payment because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a transaction. In all cases, you are responsible for either making alternate arrangements for the payment or for rescheduling the payment through eBillPayer.
Bill Payments. If you elect to use the Bill Payment Service of Online Banking, you agree to abide by the Online Bill Payment Services section, and the third party vendor’s “Terms and Conditions of the Bill Payment Service” which may be viewed through the Bill Pay system.

If you link more than one checking account to the Service, you must specify which account you wish to use in making payments.
