Whistle Blower Committee definition

Whistle Blower Committee means a Committee responsible for ensuring enquiry/investigation under this policy. The Audit Committee shall constitute such Committee comprising of such members as it may deem fit.
Whistle Blower Committee means Committee comprising of Senior Executives of the Company and appointed to receive Protected Disclosures from whistle blowers, maintaining records thereof, placing the same before the Audit Committee for its disposal and informing the Whistle Blower the result thereof.
Whistle Blower Committee means committee constituted by the Company consisting of at least three members viz: Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and HR-Head.
