Nomination Committee definition
Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

In the event that the Nomination Committee does not accept a substitute person so recommended (it being acknowledged that the Nomination Committee cannot unreasonably withhold, condition, or delay its approval), then the Investor Group shall have the right to recommend an additional substitute person for consideration by the Nomination Committee.
