Oversight Committee definition

Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.
Oversight Committee means the MFA’s Oversight Committee created by, and appointed in accordance with, the Act.
Oversight Committee means the Provisional Constitution Review and Implementation Oversight Committee.

  • Such transfers shall be accomplished through amendment of the HCP, as provided in part 12.0, after consultation with the Oversight Committee.
