Depending on the penalty points accumulated, the Academic Misconduct and Extenuating Circumstances (AMEC) Sub-Committee may issue any of the penalties shown on the following page.
A motion was made by Kevin Nelson to appoint the following members to the IV-E Demonstration Project Implementation and Timeline Sub-Committee: Sara Goscha (Chair), Jim Blue, Sheri Dawson, Bill Reay, and Jerry Davis, and may include outside subject matter expert members if permitted by Roberts Rules of Order and State Statute, which would be appointed by the Sub-Committee Chair, Jerry Davis seconded the motion.
