Whistle Blower Policy to means a policy adopted by the Company in terms of Section 177(9) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 22 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Whistle Blower Policy or "this Policy" means this whistle blower policy as may be amended, abrogated, modified, rescinded / reinstated by the Company.
