Whistle Blower means any person making a Disclosure under this Policy.
Whistle Blower means an employee who reports instance of leak of price sensitive information under this Policy. Terms that have not been defined in this code shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Act, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and/or any other SEBI Regulation(s) as amended from time to time.
