Samples definition

Samples means the Cord Blood and/or Tissue Samples and Maternal Sample.
Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.
Samples means physical examples which illustrate materials, equipment or workmanship and establish standards by which the Work will be judged.

Examples of Samples in a sentence

  • Samples collected in the course of the Clinical Study shall be owned jointly by the Parties (to the extent not owned by the patient and/or the clinical trial site) and may be used as set forth in the Protocol and the Clinical Research Plan.
