Regulated Materials definition

Regulated Materials means any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, substance or material, the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.
Regulated Materials means any pollutant, contaminant, hazardous material, hazardous waste, infectious medical waste, hazardous or toxic substance defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, petroleum, crude oil or fractions thereof, petroleum products, waste or used oil, natural or synthetic gas, materials exhibiting the characteristics of ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity or extraction procedure toxicity, as such terms are defined in connection with hazardous materials or hazardous wastes or hazardous or toxic substances in any Environmental Law; and
Regulated Materials means (i) any chemical, compound, material, mixture or substance that is now or hereafter defined, determined, listed, classified, identified, regulated as or included in the definition ofhazardous substances,” “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “extremely hazardous waste,” “restricted hazardous wastes,” “pollutants,” “contaminants,” “toxic wastes,” “toxic materials,” or “toxic substances” or terms of similar meaning under any applicable law, or under any rules or regulations adopted or promulgated pursuant thereto, including any Environmental Laws; and (ii) any oil, petroleum or petroleum derived substance, any flammable substances or explosives, any radioactive substances or radioactive materials, any hazardous wastes or substances, any toxic wastes or substances, or any other materials or pollutants which cause any part of any facility, structure or improvement to be in violation of any Environmental Law; and (iii) asbestos in any form, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, or electrical equipment which contains any oil or dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls in excess of applicable legal or regulatory limits.

Regulated Materials means any substance, material, pollutant or contaminant, chemical, waste, compound, or constituent, in any form regulated under or which can give rise to liability under any Environmental Law, including without limitation, petroleum and petroleum products, natural gas and natural gas liquids, asbestos and asbestos and asbestos containing materials. “Release” means any release, spill, emission, discharge, deposit, disposal, leaking, pumping, pouring, dumping, emptying, injection or leaching into or migration through the Environment, or into, from or through any building, pipeline, structure or facility.
Regulated Materials means any pollutant, contaminant, hazardous material, hazardous waste, infectious medical waste, hazardous or toxic substance (and all constituents and degradation products thereof) defined or regulated as such in or under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, petroleum, crude oil or fractions thereof, petroleum products, waste or used oil, natural or synthetic gas, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials and polychlorinated biphenyls, materials exhibiting the characteristics of ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity or extraction procedure toxicity, as such terms are defined in connection with hazardous materials or hazardous wastes or hazardous or toxic substances in any Environmental Law; and
Regulated Materials means any material regulated under any Environmental Requirement, including solid, liquid, gas, odor, heat, sound, vibration, radiation or other substance or emission that is a contaminant, pollutant, dangerous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, residual waste, solid waste, hazardous material or hazardous substance which is defined and regulated by applicable Environmental Requirements or which is classified as hazardous or toxic under applicable Environmental Requirements (including gasoline, diesel fuel or other petroleum hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, asbestos, and urea formaldehyde foam insulation).
Regulated Materials means any substance, material or waste: (1) that is or becomes regulated under any Laws; (2) that is or becomes defined as a solid waste, hazardous waste, hazardous substance, hazardous material, toxic waste, toxic substance, pollutant, or contaminate under any Laws; (3) the presence of which causes or threatens to cause a nuisance or poses or threatens to pose a hazard to the health or safety of persons; (4) that is toxic, explosive, corrosive, flammable, radioactive, carcinogenic, mutagenic or otherwise hazardous or dangerous; (5) without limitation, that contains petroleum, including crude oil or any fraction thereof; or (6) without limitation, that contains polychlorinated biphenyls, asbestos or urea formaldehyde.
Regulated Materials means any substance regulated under Environmental Laws because of their effect or potential effect on public health and the environment, including, without limitation, "Hazardous Substances," any "Petroleum" and "Natural Gas Liquids," as those terms are defined or used in Section 10 1 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S. C. Section 960 1, "Hazardous Wastes" as that term is defined pursuant to Section 3001 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 6921, PCBs, chlorinated dioxins and furans, lead paint, asbestos, urea formaldehyde, radioactive materials, putrescibles, and infectious materials.
Regulated Materials means any pollutants, contaminants, toxic, hazardous or extremely hazardous substances, materials, wastes, constituents, compounds, chemicals, natural or man-made elements or forces (including, without limitation, petroleum or any by-products or fractions thereof, any form of natural gas, Bevill Amendment materials, lead, asbestos and asbestos-containing materials, building construction materials and debris, polychlorinated biphenyls ("PCBs") and PCB-containing equipment, radon and other radioactive elements, ionizing radiation, electromagnetic field radiation and other non-ionizing radiation, sonic forces and other natural forces, infectious, carcinogenic, mutagenic, or etiologic agents, pesticides, defoliants, explosives, flammable, corrosives, ozone depleting substances and urea formaldehyde foam insulation) that are regulated by any Environmental Laws.
