Vertical Improvements definition

Vertical Improvements means permits have been issued and construction has commenced on vertical Project improvements which include buildings, walls, swimming pools, etc.
Vertical Improvements means buildings, structures, and other works of improvement (including, as applicable, landscaping) to be constructed on the Property, as described in the Final Construction Documents.
Vertical Improvements means the improvements to be constructed under Vertical DDAs by Vertical Developers.

  • Developer or, with the Approval of Developer in its sole discretion, Vertical Developer, may submit Schematic Design Documents for Vertical Improvements for one Lot concurrently with, or at any time following, an applicable Major Phase Application.

Vertical Improvements means an Improvement to be developed under the DDA that is not Infrastructure or Improvements required to be Completed by Developer for the Open Space Lots. Vertical Improvements means all improvements to be constructed at an Approved Project other than the Horizontal Improvements and the Off-Site Improvements, which shall include the Apartment Units and other improvements typically contemplated by the construction of horizontal multi-family “for rent” projects in the Target Market.
