Vertical Improvements definition

Vertical Improvements means permits have been issued and construction has commenced on vertical Project improvements which include buildings, walls, swimming pools, etc.
Vertical Improvements means buildings, structures, and other works of improvement (including, as applicable, landscaping) to be constructed on the Property, as described in the Final Construction Documents.
Vertical Improvements means the improvements to be constructed under Vertical DDAs by Vertical Developers.

  • Developer or, with the Approval of Developer in its sole discretion, Vertical Developer, may submit Schematic Design Documents for Vertical Improvements for one Lot concurrently with, or at any time following, an applicable Sub-Phase Application.

More Definitions of Vertical Improvements

Vertical Improvements means an Improvement to be developed under the DDA that is not Infrastructure or Improvements required to be Completed by Developer for the Open Space Lots. EXHIBIT 2 Documents to be Submitted for Major Phase Applications, Sub-Phase Applications and Vertical Applications During each stage of the project design review process set forth in this DRDAP, Authority Staff and the applicant may approve changes to the scale of the drawings set forth herein. Recognizing that each Improvement is unique, the applicant and the Authority may approve changes to the type and scope of documents set forth in this DRDAP for a particular Application, including in order to ensure consistency with standards and guidelines in the Redevelopment Requirements. Construction Documents and other Design Documents to be submitted shall be prepared by an architect, landscape architect, or a civil engineer, as applicable, licensed to practice in and by the State of California.
Vertical Improvements means as described in Section 5.1.

Vertical Improvements means the Chapter House and any permanent Improvements constructed on the Premises pursuant to a building permit issued by the City of Raleigh, excluding the demolition of existing structures or buildings on the Premises and the grading of the Premises in preparation for construction. If Tenant fails to commence construction of Vertical Improvements prior to the Construction Commencement Deadline, then this Lease shall automatically terminate unless renewed in writing by Landlord and Tenant. Construction of the Chapter House must be completed, which shall be evidenced by the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the Chapter House, no later than eighteen (18) months from the Construction Commencement Deadline (the “Construction Completion Deadline”).
