INTENTIONALLY LEFT Clause Samples
The clause titled "INTENTIONALLY LEFT" serves as a placeholder within a contract or legal document, indicating that a particular section or provision has been deliberately omitted. In practice, this phrase is often used to maintain consistent numbering or formatting throughout the document, especially when certain clauses are removed during drafting or negotiation. Its core function is to prevent confusion or disputes about missing content by making it clear that the absence of text is intentional and not the result of an error or oversight.
