Bell acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as granting to Bell any exclusive rights or privileges in the Buildings to the exclusion of any other third parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province where the Buildings are located or if applicable, the laws of Canada.
Insurance premium if any for insuring the Buildings against earthquake, damages, fire, lightning, mob, violence, civil commotion (and other risks, if insured).
In the event that the Buildings or any part thereof shall be damaged by fire or other casualty, then Grantor shall use reasonable effort to reconstruct the Façade to the condition required under this Agreement.
Grantor shall have no obligation under this Agreement to allow the general public to view the interior of the Buildings.
