Additional Building definition

Additional Building means any building on the Estate (except for those buildings built upon parcels B-1 B-2 B-3 B-4 (including the extension known as B-4A) ▇-▇ ▇▇-▇ ▇▇-▇ ▇▇-▇ ▇▇-▇ FC-1 FC-2 FC-3 FC-4 FC-5 FC-6 and 5 Chancellor Passage) and used or intended to be used for Office Use Retail Use or Hotel Use where in respect of that building either:- (i) at least two (2) years shall have elapsed since the issue of a practical completion certificate for that entire building under the building contract relating thereto; or (ii) at least 50% of the Net Internal Area of the Lettable Areas therein has become occupied

Additional Building has the meaning given such term in Section 41 of this Lease.

  • Employing or procuring agents, contractors or others as the Landlord decides in connection with the Building Services and the Additional Building Services.

  • Landlord shall then have the right to post and maintain on the Premises and other portions of the Property any notices that are required to protect Landlord and Landlord’s interest in the Property from any liens for work and labor performed or materials furnished in completing the Additional Building.

  • As used in this Amendment, the phrase “Construction Period” means the period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of: (1) the date on which NASA’s Fire Marshal completes a final inspection of the Additional Building and determines that the Additional Building is substantially complete; or (2) ninety (90) days following the Permit Issue Date.

  • During the Construction Period, Landlord has agreed to reduce the monthly Base Rent applicable to the Additional Building as set forth on the amended Basic Lease Information attached to this Amendment as Exhibit 1.

Additional Building means those buildings owned by Landlord at the time in question or its Affiliate, other than the Building, within the Pima Center development located at the northwest corner of Via d▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard and Loop 101 Pima Freeway in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Additional Building to Distribution Center No. 4, prepared by Paulius International, P.C. as set forth below in the List of Drawings. This Exhibit references not only the construction of the warehouse portion of the Additional Building, but also depicts offices/lockers/cafeteria and a mezzanine area which are not part of the initial Additional Building and the drawings of which are intended to be shaded on the Plans referenced below. Landlord and Tenant have agreed to create an additional amendment with exhibits reflecting the construction of the office/lockers/cafeteria and mezzanine storage areas.   • Principal building means the main building or structure on a single lot or parcel of land and includes any attached garage or attached porch.
