(b) The Landlord has agreed that if following applications to change the permitted user in the Head Lease and the Superior Lease dated 2nd March 1990 the Head Lessor and the Superior Lessor agree to permit a change of use so as to all or part of the Premises to be used for purposes falling within Use Classes B2 and/or B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as originally enacted) in addition to purposes within Use Class B1 (Business) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as originally enacted) then the Landlord will not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to a change of the Permitted User to allow such additional use or uses permitted by the Head Lessor or the Superior Lessor
